Lavoro nel settore turismo e hotellerie da oltre 15 anni e ho maturato la mia esperienza in contesti internazionali di alto livello, tra cui Four Seasons (Doha, Dubai e Londra). Negli ultimi anni ho lavorato a Villa Sant’Andrea by Belmond a Taormina e durante gli inverni al Kulm Hotel di St. Moritz, in Svizzera.

Oggi mi propongo come private chef in Sicilia: seleziono ingredienti genuini, valorizzo la stagionalità e costruisco menù equilibrati, pensati per far vivere ai miei ospiti un’esperienza intensa, elegante e conviviale.

Ho iniziato da giovanissimo nella cucina dei miei nonni e da lì ho continuato a scoprire sempre di più ingredienti autentici e nuove idee: mi piace unire purezza della materia prima e innovazione con equilibrio.

We had Chef Danilo for a private dinner in Taormina and it was one of the highlights of our trip. From the moment he arrived, he was warm, personable, and made everyone feel completely at ease. He even welcomed my mom into the kitchen to sit with him while he cooked, which meant so much to her and made the experience feel truly special and personal. The food was absolutely delicious. The arancini (rice balls) were incredible — crispy, flavorful, and a huge hit with everyone. For the main course, both the fish and chicken were outstanding, perfectly cooked and beautifully presented. Even my son, who is very picky, loved his meal and couldn’t stop talking about it — which says everything. Chef Danilo created an unforgettable evening with amazing food, a relaxed atmosphere, and thoughtful touches that made us feel like guests in his own home. He also left the kitchen spotless, which was the cherry on top. I would absolutely book him again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a memorable private chef experience in Taormina.
