We had Chef Danilo for a private dinner in Taormina and it was one of the highlights of our trip. From the moment he arrived, he was warm, personable, and made everyone feel completely at ease. He even welcomed my mom into the kitchen to sit with him while he cooked, which meant so much to her and made the experience feel truly special and personal. The food was absolutely delicious. The arancini (rice balls) were incredible — crispy, flavorful, and a huge hit with everyone. For the main course, both the fish and chicken were outstanding, perfectly cooked and beautifully presented. Even my son, who is very picky, loved his meal and couldn’t stop talking about it — which says everything. Chef Danilo created an unforgettable evening with amazing food, a relaxed atmosphere, and thoughtful touches that made us feel like guests in his own home. He also left the kitchen spotless, which was the cherry on top. I would absolutely book him again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a memorable private chef experience in Taormina.
